Select any content on a Confluence page and instantly transform it into a visual format optimized for how someone needs to consume it. A data-heavy section becomes a chart. A process description becomes an infographic. A long-form analysis becomes a visual summary. No copy-pasting, no switching tools, no reformatting. How it works

Start a remix. There are three ways to start a remix on a page or live doc: highlight selected text and select Remix from the floating inline editor toolbar, select Remix in the element toolbar on an existing element, or select Remix in the right-side block action.
Choose an output. The Remix menu offers several types of Remix outputs, along with an open-ended chat box where you can ask for something specific.
Preview and add. Remix creates a preview where you can switch to a different style or output type, or ask Rovo for specific revisions. When you're happy with your remix, select +Add to doc or +Add to page to insert it into the existing page or live doc.
Remixes are nondestructive, meaning they never overwrite your existing content. Every remix is an extra layer on top of the source, giving you new ways to view the content without destroying the original work.
Availability
Remix with Rovo is available to all customers with a Confluence Cloud Standard, Premium, or Enterprise Cloud plan with Rovo enabled.
