We even took Whiteboards to the next level by coupling its powers with AI — generate ideas, organize sticky notes into groups with a single click, and summarize a whiteboard straight into a Confluence page.

Databases — Confluence Databases are a groundbreaking new capability allowing anyone to centralize, sync, and extend their company's knowledge, offering a lightweight way to structure information and create custom views that go beyond rows and columns.

Loom videos in Confluence — The ability to easily record and embed Loom videos in Confluence made it a breeze to share ideas and updates with your team, cutting down on meetings.

Smartlinks — Add smart links directly into the content tree, bringing work from various tools into Confluence organized just the way you want.

Figma Integration — Bring Figma designs and Confluence documentation together, embedding Confluence content into Figma files for easy access and side-by-side views.

Jira Integration updates — New and improved Smart Link embed support, creating whiteboards directly within Jira, and a modern, speedy workflow to create Jira work items in Confluence.

AI Enhancements — AI work creation in action: identify and create work in Jira right from a Confluence page, without the tab-switching.

Automation updates — Automation is now available to all Confluence Cloud customers, from Free to Enterprise. New admin features: Mission Control & Content Manager — A dedicated admin workspace to manage sites and spaces with actionable insights, plus a content manager for bulk actions to keep spaces up-to-date.
